TO GIVE FANS EASY ACCESS TO LIVE RECORDINGS

May 4, 2009 - O.A.R. is launching a new site today, www.liveoar.com, giving fans easy access to high quality live recordings and exclusive content. The site will give fans access to over 35 recordings of various shows from 2008 and 2009 for purchase, with more being added on a continuous basis. As a special limited-time offer to celebrate the launch of the site, the band will be giving away a free download of their 2007 Red Rocks show. The site, with interactive features, is just another way for O.A.R. to connect with their fans while offering them exclusive content that they cannot get anywhere else.

O.A.R. is known for their electrifying live performances and because of that they have always welcomed, even encouraged, fans to record their shows. Now the band has decided to take the live recording concept one step further by creating liveoar.com, a one- stop-shop for fans to gain access to the best quality sound in MP3 and FLAC formats. The site will be updated regularly with new shows and content, both past and present, making www.liveoar.com a fast and easy way to purchase live O.A.R. shows.

www.ofarevolution.com will remain O.A.R.'s main source for tour dates and information on what the band is up to as well as content such as blogs and videos from their life on the road. Current videos on the site include the band's impromptu performance at a Clemson University house party, footage from their trip on the Mayercruise, and much more that fans will not want to miss out on. Fans can also check out live photos of the band.

O.A.R. recently released their second single from their sixth studio album All Sides, entitled "This Town," which is now in the Top 20 at Hot AC. The album's first single, "Shattered," is the group's first-ever single to be certified Platinum by the RIAA. The video for "This Town" continues to chart on VH1's Top 20 Countdown where "Shattered" spent fifteen weeks. O.A.R. is set to hit the road this Summer on their "This Town Tour" making much-anticipated returns to several venues across the country, including Madison Square Garden where the band sold out shows in 2006 and 2007.
