"Love Alone Is Worth the Fight"
We actually made a film traveling around the world looking for inspiration and recording these songs, chasing waves. And through it all, we discovered one central theme that kind of cemented the entire album together. And if we could sum it up it's that love alone is worth the fight.
"Who We Are"
This is one of those once-a-career songs... I feel like it was a pretty special moment when we recorded it, and we had all of our kids come and sing on the chorus. The voices you hear on there are our kids.
"When We Come Alive"
This is a song that speaks to the idea that we go through life…living halfway lives. Yet, there is a spark that can grow into a fire...
"The World You Want"
While we were traveling, we met up with some kids in South Africa, and we decided to record them and have them sing at the beginning of this song. It really inspired us that everyday you're alive you change the world.
"Let It Out"
This song is a party. You can't listen to it and not smile.
[This song] came together in the magical island of Bali. We were traveling the world chasing waves and songs, and this song came together on the cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean.
"Back To The Beginning Again"
This was the first song that we learned and played live. And it's a song about feeling motivation, a fresh motivation. And new songs always do that for us as a band, and we love new records and songs…
