THE CLICK FIVE TAKES OVER HOLLYWOOD

In the glittery world of Hollywood, standing out amongst the various musicians and entertainers is no easy task. But it is a challenge that the Click Five took on - and won.

Their concert last Thursday, February 9th, at the Roxy in West Hollywood, blew away fans and critics alike. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Pop 101 is in session and the Click Five is your professor. Getting the honor of the "Pick of the Day" for Pop Music in the L.A. Times last Thursday, the daily had this to say about the Click Five, "There's a fine line between bubble gum and power-pop, and that's where you'll find The Click Five. The music on its album GREETINGS FROM IMRIE HOUSE (a dorm at the Berklee College of Music, where the quintet formed) pounds and pulses with guitar hooks and lacework vocal harmonies, reaching out to both teeny-boppers and their older, indie-minded siblings."

Taking influence from Blondie, Rick Springfield, Thompson Twins and other pop heavies that most of the Click Five fans are too young to have heard of, the Click Five are greeting critics a lot way from Imrie House in Boston, and the critics are rolling out the welcome mat.
