After months of speculation, Atlantic and Chop Shop Records have announced that the first single from the upcoming NEW MOON SOUNDTRACK will be Death Cab for Cutie's 'Meet Me On the Equinox'. Fans will be able to hear the song, which was written exclusively for the soundtrack, in its entirety for the first time September 13th on MTV.com during the MTV VMAs. The New Moon Original Motion Picture Soundtrack will be in stores October 20th, stay tuned for more information and artist confirmations!
