It seems Paolo Nutini's really been stirring up the press, as tons of great reviews surface this week. His "infectious alacrity" is just one of his unique and charming characteristics, says the Courier Times about this 22 year old artist. In this exclusive interview, Paolo attributes some of his lyrical inspirations to rap and hip hop artists, surprisingly enough, noting that "sometimes what you need is a bit of 50 Cent and Nate Dogg." The article goes on to mention more of Paolo Nutini's tricks and hidden techniques, including his theory on great recording. The Philadelphia Daily adds that his vocals are "the icing on a soulful concoction at once evocative of a young Rod Steward or Joe Cocker, yet instantly identifiable as his own." Abroad, he is "the stuff of legends" as his second release "Sunny Side Up" tops the charts in the UK. THe Indianapolis Star echoes the sentiment, featuring Paolo Nutini on it's Top 10 Live.
