This summer has already been filled with our greatest support in years with our program” stated Curtis B., Executive Director of It’s Cool To Be Smart. Lil Jon once again has made his third donation for college Scholarships for girls in Atlanta and Los Angeles; and T.I., Atlantic Records and The Grand Hustle K.I.N.G Foundation have kickoff the It’s Cool To Be Smart “How I Can Change the Music Industry” “Real Talk” Series this past Monday on June 11th in Philadelphia.

On Monday June 18th in Atlanta, Yung Joc and Boyz N DA Hood will join forces with It’s Cool To Be Smart at the Joseph B. Whitehead Boys & Girls Clubs; where these artists will have groups involving teen girls to discuss positive changes and outcomes that the music industry will be doing in their communities.

Yung Joc has been a big supporter of the It’s Cool To Be Smart Music Mentor Program for girls for two years and participate in the “Real Talk” Series last year with Hot 107.9. Also, Yung Joc with Bloc Entertainment also donated Toys last year at the First Annual Radio One Toy Giveaway in 2006; this year will be no different, when members of the HOT 107.9 A-Team will stop in to support the efforts of Yung Joc and members of Boyz n Da Hood.

It’s Cool To Be Smart has announced that the The Joseph B. Whitehead Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta will be the Hosting Site for all “How I Can Change the Music Industry” Real Talk Series during the summer and Fall.
